We used Ashley Sherrill to list 2 wooded lots in 2021 and she was outstanding. Both lots sold in a few months. We were concerned the lots would sit on the market for some time due to location and condition, but Ashley proved her worth by pushing them on social media and other venues. We had offers on both within a few months. She walked us through the entire listing and closing process, gave advice, answered many questions, made certain all information was correct and sat with us at each closing.
