Ashley is the most amazing realtor who I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a home! My fiancé and I are first time home owners and we were very overwhelmed by the entire process at first. Ashley made buying a home such a positive, and easy experience. She walked us through every step, explaining everything so we always knew what to expect. She was readily available and always so friendly to speak with. She was genuinely happy for us when we bought our home which made it all so special! Ashley is an amazing realtor and person!

We used Ashley Sherrill to list 2 wooded lots in 2021 and she was outstanding. Both lots sold in a few months. We were concerned the lots would sit on the market for some time due to location and condition, but Ashley proved her worth by pushing them on social media and other venues. We had offers on both within a few months. She walked us through the entire listing and closing process, gave advice, answered many questions, made certain all information was correct and sat with us at each closing. She is not only experienced and professional, but charming and personable as well. We would not hesitate to recommend Ashley to friends or family.
