Ashley was so wonderful to work with! Throughout the home buying experience she listened carefully to what we were looking for and found a wide variety of houses to tour. While touring the houses, Ashley would let us know both the pros and the cons of the house we were looking at, as well as her recommendation for any extra considerations we may want to keep in mind with each house. With Ashley’s help and attention to detail, my husband and I found our next house! Beyond buying the home, Ashley has also given advice on what to look out for when renovating to keep within our budget and get the most out of updates we plan to make to the house.

A friend of ours introduced us to Ashley after she helped them purchase a townhome. I've been skeptical at first because even though we are not first time home buyers, we have never encountered any good agents. I was not even sure such a thing existed.

Even though she at first encouraged us to buy a townhome, after knowing my poor experiences with multiple HOAs. She became a firm gatekeeper to make sure we purchase a home that satisfies my original requirements. During the long 4+ months of home searching, there were many times I felt I am ready to compromise. She helped me go through the frustration and continued to remind us that her goal is to make sure we buy a home we are absolutely happy with, and with no regrets in the future. There were beautiful homes I really loved and were willing to go all in, she always reminded us to stay cool, and brought up all the potential problems that could come up with the house. (From active leaking, historical building, to potential government project and policy in the area that could impact the house value) There were times I was even wondering if I will ever be able to find the ‘perfect’ home working with Ashley lol. As time went by, I also learned so much from her and seeing many examples when sellers overpaid for a home, and struggled to sell with an asking price too high. That was when I started to feel confident with her judgements and professional suggestions.

Finally, at month four or five, I found the final home I loved but thought it would be way over my budget. I told her I don’t think we can afford this house, and to my surprise, she was optimistic and told me this is what she considered a ‘good deal’. She drafted our offer letter with even a much lower number than my cap. And to my surprise, we got that house!

A short summary about Ashley.
Be patient. ‘Good deals’ are hard to come by, but they exist.
She helps you find your dream home that meets all your criterias but she will never let you overpay for it.

A few tips for first time home buyers:
Never work with any agent who talks you into purchasing a home that you did not like 100%.
Never work with any agent who is always supportive on bidding higher (they just want to close the deal and walk away with the money fast)

I would highly recommend Ashely to any home buyers, and will only work with her in the future.

Ashely is the best agent I have known in the bay area. My husband and I first met with Ashley back in March 2020 when we considered buying a new house in the south bay. During the first phone call with Ashley, I could tell she is very experienced with a vast knowledge of the housing market in the bay area. She patiently answered all the questions that I had after learning all my requirements for my “dream” house and explained all the details regarding the initial preparation of buying a house, such as the materials that we need for getting pre-approval from the banks and a few factors that we need to pay attention to when doing home searching.

Another thing that Ashely impressed us the most is that she is always very patient and thoughtful while at the same time trying her best to provide us with suggestions and recommendations during our entire house shopping experience. Every time we went to a tour for a new house, Ashley was always able to help us analyze all the pros and cons of the property that we visited based on her knowledge and research, including the details of the different floor plans, the neighborhood as well as the possible price estimation. She never pushed us to make any decision but instead came up with advice to help us find the house with the best value within our budget. Also, Ashley is always responsible and detailed-oriented. She spent a few hours walking us through all the details on every single page of the home disclosures and purchase agreement and resolve all our inquiries before we put our signature on them. Even now, after we have lived in our house for almost a year and a half, I could still receive the reminder twice a year from Ashely asking us not to forget to pay my property tax.

My husband and I always feel grateful to have Ashley as our agent and are greatly appreciated all the effort that she provide to us during our entire housing shopping process so we could have our house closed on time. We strongly recommend Ashely if you are looking for a realtor for buying or selling a home.

I was first introduced to Ashley back in February 2021 when my husband and I were considering a new condo. Unfortunately we got outbid last minute. But Ashley kept in touch with us throughout the year and remembered our work locations to make another great recommendation of a new community in September. Unfortunately for the second time we got outbid last minute. At one time I thought I probably should just give up buying a house during the crazy market last year. But Ashley made it happen! It was particularly difficult because the seller increased the listing price twice within a month. When the seller increased the price, instead of just pushing me, Ashley analyzed my situation and told me to back off. The house stayed on the market for a long time and we were lucky enough to finally close the deal under our budget.
One thing I like the most about Ashley is she stands her ground. Many agents would be impacted by their clients’ anxiety and try to close a deal even at outrageous prices. But I think if you go with Ashley, that would never be the case. She also provided a lot of help after we bought the house, such as offering a free house cleaning service before we move in and providing a complete checklist for the move. Last but not least, her dog Mango is the sweetest!

Finally, our house is closed! So many thanks for Ashley!
We are all first-time home buyers in the bay area, and Ashley is our agent. The crazy market during this year is very, very hard for us first-time home buyers. Every house is asking for more and every buyer is offering for more. Thanks to Ashley, we bought a home even with a discount in such a market!
I would say Ashley is really good at price estimation and she has her own estimation system. For 95% homes we were interested in, her suggested offer price is just the final selling price. Many times we are so aggressive to make unreasonable offers, she can always gave us solid reasons to stop us being so aggressive.
The other thing we are really impressed is the patience Ashley paid to us. We had our fist talk in July, 2020. At that time, we were totally newbies. Ashley spent two hours teaching us how to grow our credit scores, how to contact bankers for pre-approvals, what to expect in home searching, and tons of other important things. Ashley is very responsive during our purchasing. Even in late night, she always made quick and informative responses for our questions, even if some questions are just silly questions.
The third advantage Ashley has over other agents is her network. She is a full service agent who knows a lot of people who can help us purchase and remodel homes. Besides the purchasing, she also knows a lot about interior remodeling like carpet replacement, wall painting and general contractor with better quality but less cost.
There are also many many things I am really appreciated for Ashley which I can't write all down here.
