Ashley Simmons was such a pleasure to work with! As first time homebuyers we were lost on even where to begin in the home buying process. She was so great during showings, always very thorough, looking out for my best interests and always giving great advice. I feel like I made a great friend through this process. Ashley Simmons from Remax has helped us on our search for our first home with great success and we felt the need to have her help to get our house sold when we decided to move to Florida. Ashley got everything in motion and we had our house on the market on a Friday evening and within 10 whole minutes, we already had a showing request, and then another.. 13 showings in ONE weekend and we had multiple offers with a contract on our home! We just settled this past week and it’s been wonderful to have Ashley and her Remax team handle everything there in Delaware for us! They are amazing! My husband Gary and I couldn’t be more pleased!
