Me and my wife bought this property from out of state, we initially went out and looked around in all the neighboring towns around Nashville. Ashley was absolutely awesome and very accommodating to our need to explore not knowing really where we wanted to land. We ultimately settled on a home in Columbia and she was on top of every step throughout the escrow. Making this huge purchase very stress free even though we were all the way in California. What made Ashley so amazing is that she dedicated her entire weekend to be showing us any and all houses that we wanted to see. We must have looked at 30 to 35 houses! I know those were long days for her, but she never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her or that she was too busy for us. Then she completely facilitated the whole process from start to finish, even though we were in another state for the duration of our escrow! She truly was our eyes and ears... she made it so easy! And she still taking great care of us, even though we closed escrow a few months back. She is never too busy to take my phone call or answer any questions I may have. I refer ANY and EVERYONE to Ashley who is buying or selling real estate in Tennessee!
