5 stars isn’t enough to describe the experience we had with Ashley. She listens and she understood our needs. She calmed us down when we were rushing. She gave constant great advice in the mean time while we waited and when the perfect house came around she advocated for us so hard that we literally wouldn’t have gotten the PERFECT house for us without her. Meeting Ashley was a blessing and a pleasure. I know for a fact this wouldn’t have happened without her! WE HAVE A HOUSE! 10/10 recommend

From start to finish Ashley took great pride to ensure she’d help me and my family find a temporary home. After sharing the story as to why we needed this home and then learning we both are total Daddy’s girls felt like it was more a personal goal for Ashley to assist. My family and I were displaced due to a fire; all while we had already undergone so many other losses in the last six months prior. Ashley assured me we would find a property. Right from the start she showed properties and we would have convos and game plans about strategies of exactly what I was looking for and she understood my concerns about pulling my credit randomly was not an option. She protected us also from a rental gouger that was all about the money once he found out insurance was involved and not just having decent renters in their property. When I say she’s small in statue but Ms. Ashley holds down weight of ten men for her clients, she gives it her all. After several inquiries, texts, calls, showings we finally found something that was just right for my family. She showed up as if she was going to the settlement table. Suited and booted, asking all the right questions, turning on stoves and microwaves, flicking light switches to ensure everything was in working order. She could’ve just allowed me to meet with someone to “pick up the keys” but she stayed until we got to the finishline 🏁. MD Prime Realty Company has the best agents in the world…if you don’t have an Ashley White on your team…you need to get one!!!

Ashley White is the consumate professional. She kept us involved in the entire process and made sure we understood all the ends and outs of selling a property. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of property laws, regulations, etc.
We were selling our family home of over 60 years and she made this process as easy as possible. Thank you for making the sale of our home less difficult. I would recommend her to anyone.

Even through multiple challenges that could easily have derailed us, Ashley patiently worked through the challenges, answering a ton of my questions, calming my anxiety around the selling process, and kept me well informed at every step along the way, all while exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and expertise. The icing on the cake was getting a contract ratified over asking and closing in under 30 days!
