Ashley is the fifth real estate agent my wife and I have worked with. Previous agents generally made us their #1 priority until we were under contract and then then couldn’t be bothered to fight for our interests when it came to home inspections and all of that. Ashley never changed when we went under contract. In fact, we were in the lobby of the title company’s office 15 minutes after we were scheduled to close refusing to close until we were reasonably compensated for an appliance that was found to be defective at the final walkthrough (at my request). She was always in our corner and always willing to use any leverage that we might benefit from even if it didn’t necessarily endear her to the real estate agent on the other side of the transaction. I am notoriously picky (feel free to peruse my other Google reviews) and yet found no fault in how Ashley represented my wife and I. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

We bought our first home with the help of Ashely! Being first time home buyers she went out of her way to make sure we understand the whole process and was patient with us showing us many homes to find what we were looking for. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a home!

Ashley has been our realtor for years now and we’ve sold/bought several houses with her. She’s simply amazing! She not only cares about each of her clients but gets to know them as well. When one of our family members was ill, she had dinner and wine delivered. Who does that!?!? She answers texts at all times of the day and makes sure to walk you through questions, concerns and options. I not only recommend her but feel for anyone who doesn’t.

Ashley was my realtor for buying my house in late 2016 and selling it in late 2019, and I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of everything from the get go, and made the process so easy. The entire time I lived in Indy I kept some business cards of hers on me to hand out when anyone mentioned buying or selling.
