Can I give 10 stars? I would! Ashley is that good! There are only great things to say and so many of them…. She was a true partner in the sale of our home. As a second home, we had to rely on her so very much given that we did not live close. She did so willingly, with a smile and consistently demonstrated her expertise in the business!!!! I will not even hesitate to partner with her again!

I am delighted to report that my recent experience with Ashley Ziviello was THE most positive experience I've had with a realtor in years!! Her honesty, integrity, and work ethic were all uber-commendable. Somehow, she managed to reply to all of my (many, many) inquiries within an amazingly short amount of time. I don't know WHEN she got any sleep, because, at MIDNIGHT or even 1AM, I would think of crazy questions to ask her, and then I'd go to bed, only to find the next day that she had replied to my inquiry at 1 or 2AM!! Some agents will tell you they are ALWAYS ON CALL. Ashley doesn't just tell you that; she really is!! She even interrupted her family time to work on selling my house. I told her, 'No, no, please don't do that,' but she said she wanted to be absolutely sure she had done all she could do to sell my home!! This lady doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk!! And she's not going to exaggerate or misinform you just to get a sale, either. She is one of the most painfully honest individuals I've ever met. You can trust her absolutely... call her!! You will NOT be disappointed, I promise!!

Ashley is an exceptional agent and we highly recommend her. We worked with her to sell our river home. We trusted her from the beginning but didn’t expect to develop such a respect and appreciation for her integrity, knowledge, thoroughness, and attentiveness in selling our home. She took care of all details and communicated with us frequently. She made sure that we were happy with the transaction at each step.

Ashley always went above and beyond. We found her to be a kind, thoughtful, and inspiring person. (Because of her I’m now cooking some new tasty dishes!) We would absolutely love to work with her again and hope to see her in the future.

Our son was researching real estate along the waterways of Northern Virginia. One realtor stood out among the rest. Her name is Ashley Ziviello of EXIT Mid-Rivers Realty.

We found a waterfront property that exceeded our expectations. Even though Ashley represented the sellers of this transaction, she went out of her way to acquaint us with credible knowledge and history of the Montross, Virginia area.

After signing the contract to purchase the property, she assisted us in how to connect with the local utility companies and made sure that the closing flowed seamlessly.

Ashley is knowledgeable in all aspects of the local market and is willing to do what is needed to make a house sellable. She had a contract on my parents house in less than 2 weeks. She handled any issues that came up from contract negotiations, post inspection, and even one on the day of settlement. Ashley Ziviello made selling our mother’s home easy! We live many states from Virginia and are not familiar with the Virginia housing market. We received many letters offering real estate services when our Mother passed. Ashley’s information stood out. It was easy to find many positives reviews online for Ashley Ziviello.
We called her to talk about her interest and availability to sell our Mom’s house. Selecting Ashley as our Real Estate Agent was our best decision!

She was great to work with, friendly, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. She was detail oriented, honest, and good with people. We were impressed with how thorough and professional she was. Ashley understood our needs from the very beginning as we worked with her.

Her experience and knowledge of the Northern Neck area was invaluable. She cares passionately about the area. She definitely knows the real estate business too. She was able to answer all of our questions and promptly get any information we needed. She provided advice and support which was excellent. She also consulted and visited frequently with the workers who were completing repairs and improvements to the home prior to officially listing the property. With Ashley’s help and guidance, we were able to complete the entire process remotely which was a huge benefit. Especially our being out of state, she made the entire process much easier, better than we had thought possible.

The online listing Ashley produced was awesome! The professional photos, virtual home décor, aerial drone photos, and beautiful descriptions of the property all made for a great online listing. We were very impressed and are sure it enticed many of the buyers to schedule a visit to the property.

We are really grateful for Ashley! The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She offered her opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought of. We will definitely reach out to Ashley in the future and will recommend her to all our friends and family!

Overall, Ashley Ziviello went above and beyond to help us close on our Mom’s home quickly and efficiently. She was a joy to work with! Ashely, thank you for always being there for us!

We were looking for a selling agent in Colonial Beach, but we were not sure where to start, so we pretended to look for a house and had a process to meet a real estate agent. We asked to see one house, Ms. Ashley Ziviello took us to 5 different houses in the same day, not only that, but she also showed us the neighborhood as well. Ms. Ashley Ziviello is a determined hardworking go-getter, she has good knowledge of the Northern Neck area, attention to detail what we want, with her experience, patience, and professionalism to make our process easier. She made the process of selling our home and buying our waterfront home seamless within 3 months. She goes above and beyond her duties. We found An Agent of our life. I wanted to write a letter of recommendation for Ashley Ziviello of Exit Mid-Rivers Realty. Ashley is a joy to work with. No one will try harder to sell your property. Ashley has been working with us for about six months. She remained positive even when two different buyers mysteriously did not submit a contract after taking days of her time with questions. Ashley has an extreme amount of knowledge about local conditions which is necessary when selling Northern Neck waterfront homes. She understands the water, the neighborhoods, the local septic, title and other companies. She even arranged the termite and septic inspections and was there for it so we would not have to drive out for another trip. Ashley is very responsive and worked on resolving all matters. I would strongly recommend that you have her as your listing agent. I am confident that even as a buyer she would be acceptable as she is such a hard worker.
