Once I reached out to Mr. Ashok with my need to buy a property in Salisbury, he was quick to send me listings to see and spaced them perfectly so we did not waste a lot of time on the road. He was dedicated and allotted his time as it was a 2 hours drive for him and still made sure he accompanied me for looking at the listings and pointed out the pros and cons as we did our walk. Once I was ready to put the offer he genuinely guided me through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable on the mortgage aspects as well so he was on point and kept me informed of the processes so I was able to close on the property at the right time.

In the past few months, I was hunting single family home in the Ellicott City, MD. My prime focus was to find a good neighborhood, school district, nice parking, quiet locality, garden space (both front and back).
At this point, I reached Ashok with all my specifications, and he started sending houses based on my preferences. In my house hunt, I am finally able to click a house, and place an offer.
Ashok meticulously guided me, and I am finally able to find a dream home within my budget.  He guided me, in all the process, right from offer to till closing. He continuously kept me in the loop for any communications between the Seller, Loan officer and myself. My journey with him is very pleasant, and any buyer side issues I raised to Ashok. He resolved all my concerns in a timely manner.
I am able to close the house in the 1st week of October-2021. Based on superior experience in the home buying process, I am recommending Ashok, and his company "Exit Results Realty" to my fellow house hunting associates/friends.
