Persistent and goal-driven, Real Estate Professional Ashton Ferrari sets a monthly schedule and sticks to it. If I don't set goals every month, I feel my time is wasted, Ashton says. And, if I don't meet those goals, I will try even harder next month.
Ashton transitioned to residential real estate in 2014 after a successful career as a Rental Agent with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Avis Budget Group. He began by holding open houses for a broker who specialized in selling new construction homes in Spring Branch and Oak Forest. In a short amount of time, the broker asked him to be his assistant. Ashton earned his real estate license and, in 2017, had the confidence to form his own business marketing primarily to builders. Over the years, Ashton has worked at some of the top luxury firms in Houston such as Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and Greenwood King Properties. Ashton has mastered and now specializes in full-service new construction developments, including land acquisition, design, marketing, and sales.
At GK, Ashton's portfolio has expanded to include not only homesites and new construction but single-family home resales representing both sellers and buyers. He draws business from a network of friends and loyal clients who refer him to their friends, his social activities at the gym, dog parks, and social media.
A native Houstonian, Ashton graduated from Jersey Village High School and attended Texas Tech University, then finished his schooling at Houston Community College. Ashton now resides in The Heights and when he's not working, he loves spending time with his dog Barkley, runs the hike-and-bike trail, and enjoys social outings in his neighborhood.
