Ashton Ray

Ashton W. Ray, MAI, joined Murphy Appraisal Services in April 2005 and became a state certified general real estate appraiser in January 2009. He received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in June of 2015. He is the manager of the Hammond office and primarily focuses along the I-12 corridor as well the Mississippi Gulf Coast market. Mr. Ray has a Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama appraisal license. He has completed many commercial appraisals including single tenant and multitenant office buildings, retail strip centers, mixed-use developments, apartment complexes, golf courses, etc. His area of expertise is subdivision developments (residential, industrial, or commercial) and self-storage facilities.
