Astrid is everything you want in a realtor — knowledgeable, patient, positive, and courteous. I was a first time buyer looking to buy a coop. Astrid listened to my wants and needs in a coop, and never made me feel rushed. Once Astrid found my home — she helped me navigate the lengthy coop process, and kept me informed of all the moving pieces. Astrid truly made the closing happen.

Astrid was an incredible help during our time house hunting. For four months Astrid worked tirelessly in the search for the perfect home for my family and I. If I asked for her opinion in something, I always felt like she was being sincere. She never rushed us in making a decision on settling for anything. Astrid wanted to make sure we got the home we wanted and not a house we were forced to choose. Even during the three months that we were under contract (due to the bank), she kept us posted with any updates.

I can’t emphasize how exceptional she was. I rave about her to all my friends/family who are about to start their own home search. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Astrid.

Very helpful and knowledgeable person. Not only did she assist us in finding our dream home but she provided us with information of organizations names that would assist us in saving some extra bucks such as tax reduction. Also she helped us in understanding the dos and dont’s regarding reparation of a home. For example, informing us what changes we can do in the house at our own preference and what changes we would need a town license permit. Lastly we still are in touch an communicating back and fourth. Mrs Astrid is a great person professionally and personally.
