Ata Boroumand

As a Civil Engineer, I played a pivotal role in urban planning and development, serving as a project
manager overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, and recreational projects. In 1990, I obtained my California real estate broker license (DRE License No. 01059087) and have since
focused on real estate brokerage. My journey began with ERA Real Estate, followed by establishing my own real estate company. In 1997, I joined The Summit Real Estate Group, which was later acquired by Prudential California Realty. Subsequently, Prudential was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Over the past 35 years, I’ve specialized in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and am currently focused and dedicated to representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial real estate transactions across Orange, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California.
