Aubry Alexander has joined Urban Core Realty as a Broker in the Charleston Office. Aubry is a native Charlestonian, and has been practicing real estate in the Charleston market for more than 18 years. Additionally, he has more than 25 years sales and marketing experience representing such corporations as Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Thomas J. Lipton, General Foods and the Proctor and Gamble Corporation.
Aubry's extensive market knowledge and in-depth understanding of municipal zoning and building ordinances, allows him to bring a wealth of experience to his client base and to Urban Core Realty. In addition to his real estate brokerage responsibilities, Aubry is an active member of the Charleston community through various designations and affiliations and he currently holds the designations of; Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) and Realtor®. Aubry served 2 terms as a City of Charleston Council member, and was recognized in 2011 as the Local Elected Official of the Year, for support of the Charleston home building industry. He was the 2010 recipient of the Trident Association of Realtors “Quality of Life Award”, for encouraging a competitive tax environment, preserving private property rights, promoting property affordability, and improving the quality of life in the tri-county area.
