We highly recommend Audra as a realtor! We became her customers when we cold called her office about a property and were very pleased that Audra became our realtor. Due to a new job, we were relocating from NH to CT and had no idea what type of house we wanted to buy. We found Audra to be very patient and she helped guide us as we searched for our home. Audra was always quick to respond to inquiries, texts and phone calls. If she didn't have an answer to our questions (which wasn't often), she found the answer. After seeing many homes, we told Audra that we were looking for a remodeled Cape Cod type of home. She listened intently and within the week, she found exactly what we were looking for! It was quite evident that Audra knows the real estate business and the CT area inside and out. She guided us through the entire process, from searching for homes, to making offers, closing the deal, home inspections and helped to steer us through a home loan. Audra attended every home inspection, even when we couldn't be present and represented us well. We credit her for a smooth, stress free home buying experience. After we moved into our new home, she was kind enough to check in periodically to see how things were going. We were extremely pleased with Audra and her expertise and highly recommend her to everyone!

We have worked with many different realtors over the past 30 years, having bought and sold a half a dozen properties and Audra is the only realtor over all that time that we used twice, to both buy our house then to sell it 13 years later when it was time to move on.

Many realtors have market knowledge but you also want a realtor with experience and understanding of both the market and your particular wants and needs as a client to make the entire buying or selling process as easy and rewarding as possible. Audra is that special realtor that has both the market knowledge and will take the time to get to know you which will allow you to achieve your real estate goals efficiently and quickly.

Audra won’t waste your time showing you properties that don’t meet your criteria if you’re buying or not pull together a marketing plan if you’re selling. She’ll work with you to make the necessary changes to your house and make sure it shows in the best possible light to get your home sold as quickly as possible. She won’t show you a property because her sibling is the listing agent and is looking to get foot traffic through the open house (like our last buyer’s agent.) We know both of these as facts as this was our experience with her.

Not only did Audra get our home sold quickly, she also advised us on how to put together a compelling offer on our new house because our buying agent was incapable of doing so. In fact, after having two over-asking offers rejected for a new house, with Audra’s guidance we were able to put together a powerful offer on the house we ultimately purchased below asking price - something unheard of in this market.

Whether you’re buying or selling, we would unequivocally recommend you seek out Audra’s representation. You will not be disappointed with her professionalism, approach and most importantly, results which is paramount when dealing with your most important asset, your home.
