I've been representing buyers and sellers around the Lake Norman Area since 2003. The areas I represent include Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Terrell, Sherrills Ford, Denver, Troutman, Iron Station, Stanley, Mt. Holly and parts of Concord, Kannapolis and Charlotte. The proudest moment in my Real Estate career to date would be the transaction in September of 2012. The cover photo of my website is the home I listed which sold for a Lake Norman recorded highest transaction of $7.5 million. I'm originally from Northern Virginia, my sons Austin, Danny and I relocated to the Denver area of Lake Norman. They are now grown and I am a GiGi to my grandson Gannon and mom to my 3rd son Noah, my Yorkie :) Prior to 2003 I was in the Telecommunications industry installing, programming, training and selling telephone systems to large corporations. I've always loved working with people on an individual basis. I find great pleasure in helping my clients locate the home of their dreams. I welcome the opportunity to help you.
