We are first-time home buyers and didn't have the faintest idea where to start with the entire process. Audra was always prompt to reply by phone and email when we had questions. With extensive knowledge of the South Shore real estate market, Audra took significant time and great consideration in helping us identify homes that best met the criteria on our wish list. She was extremely patient, showing us home after home (probably 50 in total over the last 3 months!). I felt comfortable knowing I could ask for her honest opinion about each house and knowing she was there to assist us through this process step by step.
