Audra was an amazing person to have helping along the way! We purchased a new construction home and being a first time home buyer and owner she was very valuable to have. She was with us every step and had our backs. Her responses were always prompt and she always took care of our needs, and if our builder wouldn't answer us, she was on it! I would HIGHLY recommend her as an agent!

We just closed on our newly built home today and I just have to praise my agent Audra Stewart. She was with us every step of the way. Any issues we had she was on it immediately if we emailed or texted her she was right back to us. She made this whole process so smooth and easy. I can’t say enough good things about her. Audra is an amazing realtor. We were so impressed with her work ethic, accountability, attention to detail, flexibily and calm demeanor. It is also a huge plus that she and her partner Joe have experience remodeling homes as they noticed, and had suggestions for, all the pain points in the older homes we looked at. They were honest and trustworthy throughout the process. We toured homes both in person and virtually, which was a seamless experience. Both Audra and Joe remembered all the quirky things on our wish list and made sure to point them out as we went along. We closed on a beautifully remodeled townhome and had a great overall experience. We will recommend Audra to anyone and hope to work with her in the future!

First and foremost, Audra is a wonderful person and real estate agent who is easy to communicate with, has a professional approach to every interaction, and has a passion for finding people their dream home.

I was purchasing my first home and Audra was diligent to provide information on and show us options in our price range. Audra treated each house like she was purchasing it for herself and pointed out many things that I hadn't considered as a first time homebuyer. Ultimately, Audra gave me the confidence to explore and execute an option I hadn't considered, building a home. She walked me through the process seamlessly and now that I am moved in, could not be happier!
