Born and raised in East Baltimore County, Audrey Felts grew up in the field of real estate. Her parents introduced her to real estate at a young age. Her parents own a recognized home improvement company in the Baltimore area, and her mother is also a Realtor. She learned a lot through osmosis and always had a passion for the industry. Her family real estate background fueled up her passion for real estate and inspired her to pursue the career as a realtor. She has also developed a niche of working with investors and new home construction purchasers through her personal experience with property renovation and selling.

Audrey has completed nearly 200 hours of specialized training and has been awarded designations in various real estate sectors since becoming a real estate professional.
