Audrey Foldoe

Audrey J. Foldoe has been in the Real Estate business since 1976. Before that she worked in construction, helped build over thirty homes, and was the first female journeyman carpenter in Fairbanks. In 1990 she bought Meyeres Real Estate from the founder, Bud Meyeres, and since then has been active in the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors and the Alaska Real Estate Commission. She is currently on the Equalization Board for the Fairbanks North Star Borough and was on the Planning Commission for the borough for 13 years.

Her daughter Cheyanne Fleury has been with Meyeres for over 30 years as the General Manager when there was a full office and now as the Bookkeeper. Her daughter Judy Jessee has been with Meyeres for over 20 years as the Office Manager and Audrey’s assistant.
