Audrey Helminiak has held her real estate license since 1984, starting on the North Shore and now located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago since 1989, listing and selling all over Chicagoland, including Barrington, Park Ridge, Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, Lake in the Hills, Algonquin, Evanston, Chicago, Arlington Heights, Cary, Woodstock, Libertyville, Mundelein, Elgin, Glenview, Morton Grove, and even as far west as Rockford. So, this is her 40th year in the business!
Because she has 40 years of experience, most of her business is either repeat business from her past clients, or referrals from those past clients because she treats her clients as life-long friends rather than one-time transactions.
She is active with the Admissions Office of Carleton College, volunteering as a liaison to high school students while they are making their college choice, and with the Annual Alumni Fund Committee, challenging her peers to donate back to the college to enable future students the same benefits that we enjoyed.
She sings in the choir at church, coordinates drivers for Meals With Wheels, is a deacon, and volunteers with Habitat For Humanity, helping build homes for several wonderful families over the years.
