Audrey helped my wife and I track down and close on our new home! In this market it pays to have a good realtor that has your best interest in mind. She was always able to meet us at a moments notice and get all of the info needed to make our decision. When the time came to negotiate with the sellers, she came in clutch and got the deal done! 10/10 would recommend!

Finding a quality realtor can be a real challenge. That challenge is magnified when you are contemplating an international move to a location you have never even visited before. Audrey Lane was amazing through this 12 month journey. Audrey has always been available to us to answer our questions and give advice. Through the whole process she was willing to do everything you hope your realtor would do and more. She gave advice on neighbourhoods, schools, amenities and most importantly the value of the various places we were looking at purchasing.

We feel that without Audrey helping us that we would not have been able to find our amazing new home, and definitely would have found ourselves without that trusted advisor.

We would highly recommend Audrey Lane for anyone looking for a partner in their home buying/building process.
