Right from Day 1, when we discussed the strategy with her, we found that her approach was cautious and pragmatic, which worked well for us, because she helped cut through all the hype about how hot the market is, with data points and comparative insights about what similar homes had sold for, in the neighborhood. She advised us on how to de-personalize our house, took care of all the staging and photography aspects, and timed the online listing well. My wife and I met Audrey while viewing one of her property listings. Her knowledge and expertise where immediately apparent. She made it clear, that while viewing one of her listings, she could only represent the seller, but would be happy to set us up with a colleague if we were interested in pursuing the property. While we decided not to move forward with that property, we decided right away that we would have Audrey evaluate our home and help us in a search for a new home. She gave us pointers on getting our home ready for sale. We followed those tips and the first weekend the home was on the market, it was an unseasonably cold and snowy weekend in March, we had 8 showings, an open house, and 3 offers!! Next Audrey helped us in obtaining the home that we wished to purchase, guiding us through the process of the home inspection, financing, legal representation, etc. While there were some hiccups along the way, she helped us through each step, always being available by phone, text, or email, and kept us fully updated along the way. Her team of colleagues were top notch also and I would recommend any one of them as well! Audrey is truly committed to her profession and clients and I would not hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to anyone!
