We love and appreciate Audrey and Travis Spratt. We purchased a property 5 years ago and had a great experience and then we decided to sell because we couldn't go there as much as we wanted. We listed that property a couple of months ago and went back with them and they sold the property in around 2 months and got us a great price and helped us go through the process in a very professional way. I found Audrey and Travis through a highly recommended referral, and they 110% lived up to the expectation.

They would find me a house, take me to it, and write up an offer all within an hour or two. When we found the perfect house, they guided me through every step of the way. This made the process of buying my house very smooth, and headache free.

Audrey and Travis are the BEST realtors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Their professionalism and patience are second to none. We looked at so many homes and they were always able to show us homes in what seemed like a moments notice. There was never any pressure, they just kept showing us homes even when we weren't sure of what we wanted. I'm sure we probably drove them crazy but they always had a smile and assured us it was an investment and they were more than happy to oblige us. Anything we needed whether it was information on the area or additional information on homes, they were always right there to help. I highly recommend this husband and wife team, they are the absolute best!

We had long dreamt of owning a lake property in Branson, but with such little inventory, we thought we would have to put off those dreams. Thankfully, with Audrey Spratt's insider knowledge, connections, and hard work she was able to find the perfect home for us that checked every single box on our list. The property was in the process of being constructed at the time and due to Covid, there were countless construction issues and delays that surfaced throughout the process. We were over 4 hours away in St. Louis, and without Audrey we would have felt powerless. To say she took charge and served as our advocate is an understatement. She was our eyes and ears and helped us manage the builder until close (and even after). Her job was to find us a home and she found us the perfect one. I would have never imagined we would have an agent do everything she did for us after that. Just amazing and we feel blessed, thankful, and just plain lucky to have found her. I don't endorse anything or anybody these days, because frankly there isn't much in this world worth endorsing. Audrey is that rare exception. If you are looking for that perfect home or looking to sell your home, she is the one to call.
