She knew all the stats about property values in our neighborhood and also stopped to walk through the house with me to show me areas I could improve before we put the house on the market. If I needed anything she was a text or phone call away. We sold the house for more than it was listed and she handled all the details. You cannot go qrong with Audrey.

We met Audrey at an open house we toured while out an about. We had an immediate connection. She was very kind and asked some great questions including what we were looking for in a home. We left her open house very impressed and the next step we took was asking Audrey to help us find our new home. She went into immediate action and scheduled us to look at several homes all within our request. Then she suggested we look at a new construction home and it was the home! It checked all the boxes and then some! We made an offer on 12/31/18 and Audrey guided us through the entire process! She even attended every builder walk through with us. After closing on our new home, Audrey then sold our old home and was a true rock star with that process as well. Hands down, if you are buying or selling, Audrey is the realtor you want!

House hunting is usually exhausting and stressful for many different reasons, financial and more. One thing I really valued and appreciated when working closely with Audrey was that she did an amazing job at providing a broad view for me, which helped me cut the fuss. I’m not the best at seeing all factors when considering a new place, but she helped me to weigh my options without pressuring me to make a hard fast decision. She was also very quick to respond, polite and overall good natured. Wish I could rate 6 stars!! Hope this review helps you to find the right person to help find your perfect spot, she certainly did for me. The process after nailing down my place was also a breeze. I 100% recommend!!

Buying and selling a house was such a rewarding process working with Audrey. She came over months ahead of us listing and talked over what we can do to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. It made such the difference because we wound up with a full list offer on the first full day of listing! On top of this she was patient and had such real estate acumen when we went to buy. Pointing out things we never would have noticed or thought of with each property. With something as important as buying/selling a home you want Audrey navigating the way!

Audrey needed a lot of patience to deal with our unclear objectives and pickiness. She showed us at least 50 homes before we could make a decision. She listened to what we wanted and made honest evaluations of the properties we visited - often saying they were not for us. Always respectful, available, and positive. I don't think we could have asked for a better partner finding a house. And then when we had to sell our house she was a wiz. Sold it in just a couple of weeks! Audrey is amazing!

We met Audrey at an open house and as we discussed our requirements she was obviously eager to find a property for us which she did -- a fabulous house that we love! Although we lived in Las Vegas she kept us up to date and informed on things needed to complete the transaction on our new home in Phoenix.
