Audrey Wise

An Asheville native, Audrey Wise believes real estate is more about service than it is about sales. Audrey bases her success on a foundation of integrity and professionalism. Buying or selling a home is not to be taken lightly, and Audrey’s clients can trust her to look out for their best interests. She strives to make the process as smooth as possible and helps all of her clients achieve their goals and dreams.

Audrey loves her real estate career because it allows her the flexibility of being there for her family and because every day is different. It allows her to meet some of the most interesting people in the world.

Audrey understands that her clients’ real estate needs are unique and aims to help each one achieve their goals. She is a successful buying and listing representative, is aNew Home Construction Specialist and holds the SRES designation. She is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®.

Outside of real estate, she is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, white water rafting and porch sitting in the warmer months. As a mom of two grown boys, Audrey loves spending time with family and friends, especially if it involves having a cookout. Western North Carolina has been her home for over 30 years, and she loves all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer.
