Austin Alfieri

Austin Alfieri joined Douglas Elliman's Carswell and Associates Team coming from a work experience with a Commercial Real Estate Firm in Los Angeles. A native of Pasadena, CA, Austin embodies the California spirit within all aspects of his career. His graduation from Loyola Marymount University produced dual degrees in Urban Studies and Political Science. While a student at LMU, Austin was the responsible leader for Special Events conducted at the university. Even earlier, his appreciation for Real Estate was inspired by his grandfather and father’s careers in development, construction, and management of properties. Growing up to appreciate architecture, design and development of single-family residences brought him to his residential real estate focus.

His passion for real estate investment and architecture sustains him in an industry where he has already succeeded for clients and institutions he represents. Austin currently holds the highest sale city record in San Marino for representing The University of Southern California in the sale of the Harvey Mudd Estate for $25 million dollars. His ability to respond to a variety of clients has led him to represent properties not only in our team territory of West Los Angeles, but all-over Southern California including Palm Springs and Newport Beach.

Austin is immersed in the city’s numerous cultural societies including philanthropic organizations and On his free time, you can catch him keeping his involvement at any Los Angeles sports team activity. When able, he loves to travel to other countries and experience the culture. His favorite place outside of the US is Tuscany, Italy.
