I met Austin and after interviewing him I realized I found a sharp, informed, and extremely hardworking Realtor. It is hard to find a really motivated realtor today. You know, the one that listens and figures out what exactly you are looking for and finding it. Austin does not just toss out information that wastes your time, he really finds those homes to view that he senses will be worth your time to look at. Working with Austin and Malina to purchase our first home was a great experience! They truly worked with us through every step of the process. Although it is daunting to not know the ins and outs of real estate, you can trust that Austin and Malina will be there to answer all of your questions and guide you in the right direction. They made the entire process much less stressful! Also, Malina has great design ideas :)

Working with them is a super plus if you are an animal lover as they pay for adoption fees for local pets whenever they close on a house. So you are getting a house and also helping to fund a homeless pet in finding a forever home! Austin and Malina truly love their community and you can see that through their volunteer work, as well as, their real estate business.

Austin and Malina are the BEST! They are incredibly patient, knowledgable, honest, hard-working, kind, fun, ... Literally cannot say enough good things about them, nor can I imagine going through this process with any other team, then Austin and Malina (and their dogs!). They were great at advising and advocating for me, knew what seemingly minute things to look out for, made sure I was truly being taken care of - I felt like they really were looking out for me and not trying to sell me on anything, which is rare! I will undoubtedly use them in the future for any real estate needs I may have. If that's not enough, they go play with dogs in their spare time and try to help them find the perfect home, as well!

Austin and Malina are def a dream team. They helped us gather all the info we needed for closing and everything was done so fast. Best part is that they also work with helping dog rescues and saving homeless pets. Definitely the best to work with in Memphis!

Austin & Malina implemented a unique strategy to sell our home without even officially putting it "on the market". Because of their preparation and marketing strategy, we received a full-price offer within one day of letting friends and family know that we wanted to sell the house. Austin & Malina guided us through deal negotiation, due diligence, closing, and even post closing with the move. Malina & Austin are literally the DREAM team. They helped us buy a house last summer, and they were fantastic to work with! Austin was always available to answer any questions we had, and even responded when he was out of the country on a family trip when some stuff came up about our house that we had questions about! They even took us out to dinner after we closed! They are seriously the most thoughtful, hardworking people. I love their heart for homeless pets too! They are just all around amazing!
