As most know, buying a house is an extremely crazy process, but Austin was with my wife and I every step of the way with a smile! He made things way easier for us and we always felt so peaceful and confident with our choice to use him as our real estate professional. We had a few issues after closing on our house (things that could not have been foreseen by us or Austin.) Luckily, we had our superhero realtor Austin who totally went to bat for us for WEEKS after closing. He is extremely dedicated to his clients no matter what and makes himself available 24/7 to work with! We honestly couldn't have bought a house without him, and one day when we sell or buy again, he will definitely be calling him. Thank you for everything, Austin!

My husband and I didn't have a relator when we initially began our search for a home. My husband called to inquire about a walk-thru for a model home (the actual home was currently being constructed at the time). Austin was not the listed agent, but was the person who returned our phone call and reached out to us and boy are we so thankful he did!!! Austin was BEYOND helpful. He was just what we didn't know we needed!! He negotiated the price point for us to what we were comfortable with and stood his ground; they accepted our final offer! Austin was always available when we needed him (phone, email, or text). My husband and I both have crazy schedules and with the unpredictability of our schedules Austin was EXTREMELY flexible and worked around it; meeting us at our points of need. Austin always acted in a professional manner. He answered all of our many questions and if he didn't know something about the related property he was honest and would tell us he didn't know- but NEVER left it at that... He would research to find the answer or ask another colleague and provide an appropriate response and solution in a timely manner! Austin is the epitome of what an EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, relator should strive to be. Austin has not only become our relator for life but also a great friend! He's kindhearted and takes his job very seriously. He understands the quirks of purchasing a new home and the financial strain it can cause. I can say with confidence that Austin will ALWAYS place your needs first and will ALWAYS have your back! That's just who he is. He's AWESOME!!

Side note: Just to speak volume in regards to Austin character- We had to do an initial final walk-thru with the builder. We both just came from a long day at work and our 2 year old had more than enough energy for all of us. Austin took our son and entertained him so that we could focus on the walk-thru and discuss important things with the builder. Austin didn't have to but he did... this is just one of the MANY examples I could give on him being the best choice for anyone looking for a relator that cares and will always provide you with his best service.

Austin was professional and communicative, and helped us get a great price for a somewhat tricky sale in a neighborhood without a lot of comparable homes. He was always happy to help us understand the ins and outs of each offer, and got our home sold quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

From the start Austin met me on short notice to see this property and was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. There was never a time that was unable to reach Austin if questions or concerns came up. If he told me he would take care of something he did without me having to follow up with him. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone looking for an agent in the Atlanta area.

Austin is incredibly respectful, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and simply gets it done when it needs to be done. When we were having a hard time with the sellers, Austin stepped in and cleared everything right up, and helped us reach an understanding and meet our needs. We closed on the house in a matter of days, and that was that. 10/10 would recommend if you're buying in Georgia. Austin can do it all.
