Austin Kenyon started his real estate career immediately after graduating college in 2023, knowing two things for certain: he wanted to sell luxury real estate, and he wanted to deeply understand land, development, and how real value is created.
With no book of business and no shortcuts, he built his career the old-fashioned way—by picking up the phone. In his first year, Austin made over 15,000 cold calls, logging every name, every conversation, and every follow-up by hand. He studied what people said, when to reconnect, and how to add value over time. He didn’t call just anyone—he focused exclusively on properties, clients, and projects he truly wanted to work on and learn from. He kept calling. He kept following up. He kept showing up.
That discipline became the foundation of his business.
Now in his second year with Intracoastal Realty, Austin has closed over $21 million in sales with an additional $14 million pending for 2026, representing buyers and sellers throughout coastal North Carolina’s luxury market. His work spans luxury residential, waterfront properties, and complex land transactions, where strategy, pricing, and execution matter most.
In October 2025, Austin launched Kenyon Realty Group at Intracoastal Realty and stepped into the role of Team Lead. He is proud to be building a high-performance team with two exceptional agents who share the same standards, work ethic, and commitment to client service. The goal is simple: deliver the best possible outcome for every client, every time.
