Austin was recommended to me by a friend, as a great RE agent for investors. As an out of state investor buying my first rental property in Lancaster, I needed someone who knew the neighborhoods well and had connections to other resources. We were able to close on the first property we made an offer on. There were obstacles along the way, but Austin made sure we got to the closing table. We are glad we went with Austin for this purchase. Highly Recommended.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Austin and my first home buying experience with him as my real estate agent. He understood the kind of home that I was looking for and was super patient until I found it. Not only was he very communicative on listings, but when we visited the homes, his attention to detail on the current condition of each home was incredible! He truly had my best interest at heart and his honesty during the entire experience was something I was tremendously grateful for.
