Austin Scott and Associates was a God sent for me and my family! The company is very responsive and professional. We had a phone consultation to discuss what we where looking for as far as a home and budget. Austin took the time to discuss how the market works, he went over expenses (to make sure we are ready to shop for a home) and was knowledgeable on the questions we had. The same week we had a consultation we where scheduled to view homes. He took his time to look over the homes with us to make sure it was worth an investment. We was fortunate enough to find our home on the first "Home Viewing". In just THREE DAYS, Austin was able to get our offer accepted! But that is not the Cherry! He worked diligently over the holiday weekend, him and his team to get the acceptance of our offer and an approval with the Lender. We also closed in 23 Days!!! He is Phenomenal!!!

Austin Scott and Associates was a Godsend when I really needed it the most. I was making the move from NY to GA and was working with another realtor who was just not fitting the bill. A friend of mine referred Austin to me and after my first conversation I knew he was going to be the one to fulfill my dreams. Austin was very patient with me and understanding of my needs. Even in this crazy market he knew how to get things done. We put in multiple offers and he advised me of the best strategies to get our offer accepted. Finally we got a hit and here I am! He hooked me up with a lender and got me to the closing table in less than 30 days. Please don't hesitate after reading this review - Austin and his team are wonderful! He even has established his own Credit Repair company - a true expert in all he does!

Austin and his team are THE best! I actually met him through a close friend as she was closing on her home. We kicked it right off! He set my fiancé and I up with every tool we needed to be competitive in this homebuyers market. Extremely professional and diligent to our every need. From mid-day showings to late-night zoom calls, Austin left no stone unturned during our process. He held us accountable, all while encouraging us step-by-step. We were faced with some road blocks, not obstacles, road blocks.. but Austin created a detour EVERY time! And in the end, we came out with far more than we could’ve ever dreamed of. Austin Scott is the consummate professional! He was very courteous, thorough, and went over and above to ensure that my homebuying experience was exceptional. His team is exceptional as well! Everything was done timely and with excellence! From beginning to end, Austin provided a smoove process! He was able to connect me with resources that I need for my home. He was always responsive and transparent throughout the process. He listened to what I desired in my home and neighborhood and literally found the perfect neighborhood for me. I probably would not have looked at this area but for him knowing that it was a perfect fit for where I desire to be. I especially appreciate his attention to detail. During the home showing, he made sure that I saw all of the relevant details I needed to make an informed decision. During the final walk-through while I was walking around all giddy and excited, he was taking care of business and ensuring that the faucets, light switches, and other areas were functioning. He made the closing experience especially beautiful. From our initial assessment conversation until the closing and beyond, Austin provided excellent service! I recommend him highly and should I desire to upgrade to an even more beautiful home, I will certainly have Austin Scott as my realtor!

Austin helped my sister purchase her first home last year. My husband and i were planning to purchase later this year. So we’ve been talking regularly to prepare us for that moment . Then one day I get a text explaining that my landlord had given us a notice to vacate because they wanted to sell the property. Now we were great tenants and always payed our rent on time but that didn’t matter to our landlord who was being pretty nasty about the situation. Austin told me not to worry because we were going to find a house. We put in so many offers that it isn’t even funny and time was steady winding down. 😢 All of a sudden our home came on the market and we made an offer that the seller couldn’t refuse sight unseen! Before the offer landed in their inbox good we were swerving in on two wheels to see it. Everything checked out so we prayed and left it in God’s hands 🙌🏾 They accepted our offer and yesterday we closed on their new home and let me just say, it was an emotional moment because what the devil meant for evil, God turned it around for our good 😌 Austin and Associates made everything happen!!! My journey with Austin Scott and Associates began back in Nov. 2020. When I reached out to him at that time I was not quite ready , there were some things that I needed to work on with my credit and down payment. He professionally guided me on what I needed to do so that I would be Pre-Qualified ready. I took the vital information that he gave me, worked on my situation and returned a few mo's later. I called back again in March and said "I think I am ready". I was able to be Pre-qualified and I was so excited. He advised me that we could start looking for homes. I gave him a big order to fill because of the things that I wanted in the home that I had prayed for. Instead of him being skeptical, he said boldly.."Ok I will start sending you homes". There were days that I was frustrated because either the house that I selected was taken off the market, wasn't the best looking on the inside or I was out bidded on the offer. Austin did not give up hope....he kept encouraging me to stay focused and said that it will happen. He was always ready and available to go out each day and cater to my home buying needs. When I found my dream home, it was Easter weekend....I sent him an email and said that I wanted this house....Austin msg'd me and said "I know that it's Sunday; but "..He was willing to work with me even though he was spending this special weekend with his family. We were able to work it out so that I could see the home that Monday...While waiting, I prayed that the seller/listing agent would hear my prayers....Once I looked at the home, Austin came prepared to type up the offer....We submitted it and in less than 2 days, the seller accepted my offer...YESSSS !! After all of my searching, In less than 2 mo's I found my dream home...My prayers were answered. I am so blessed to be a part of the Austin Scott and Associates family now. We have not only established a working relationship for my current home, He is now my go to for my children and their future home purchases. We are lifetime friends now...

What an incredible real estate agent Austin Scott is! From my first call, I felt that every concern about becoming a homebuyer was addressed. Along this journey, we saw a lot of homes and everything was going great and then the shelter in place orders were given due to Covid-19. Austin stayed in contact with my daughter and I as we took a pause to regroup. It was exciting when we could finally begin searching for a home again, even via video and FaceTime. When we met again, he had a safety kit packed with masks, gloves, and sanitizer if needed for both seller and buyer. We received continuous information and contact from people for financing and Austin never let us lose faith in the process. You could not ask for a more professional, friendly, and detail oriented agent than him! We have a beautiful place to call home and it’s all because he never let us give up!

He worked with me to map out a debt payment plan to boost my credit and I was in my house a few months later with VERY MINIMUM out of pocket expenses! This experience with Austin was extremely comfortable. He made us feel like family. He fought for us when the builder or lender went against what they initially agreed to. He made sure we weren’t taken advantage of or mistreated in anyway. He’s an amazing realtor to be one hundred percent honest. Austin Scott is an incredible Realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable and takes the time required to get to know his clients in order to find the perfect home for them. He helped me in a short period of time find my dream home in Atlanta! I was a first time home buyer and did not know where to start. He was with me every step of the way and made me feel like I was his only client! He spent as much time as I needed in the homes we were looking at and made it easy to tell him what I liked or disliked. I contacted Austin to help my mother and husband (they lived in Florida) to find a place until they built their dream home in Savannah, GA . And within a few days Erin, reach out to me about the move. She scheduled apartment visits for the following week. My mother & husband made a trip to Savannah, GA, was able to find a place and move in. Working with Austin was truly a journey! I relocated here from Florida so did not know what local city or area I wanted to live in. However, Austin proved to be very knowledgeable of all of the surrounding cities and along with his active listening skills, I was able to decide on areas I would want to live in.
I also found Austin to be very patient and demonstrated his willingness to do whatever it took to make sure I was going to be happy with my "forever-home." I say this because I proved to be a difficult client, in that I was very indecisive because I was always looking for a home that might prove to be better. Austin would point out the pros and cons and then leaving the final decision to me. Although it took us a while to find my "forever-home," Austin was always professional and now because of him I'M ENJOYING MY NEW HOME!!!
