Born and raised in the Midcoastal area, Avary spent time traveling abroad and living out west before coming back home and putting her roots down.
After graduating, Avary spent time backpacking beautiful New Zealand, guiding, and managing a guest ranch in Colorado, hiking, and exploring Patagonia, and most recently living and working in McCall, Idaho. Though these places hold a special place in her heart there is no place like home, and she is glad to be back.
Avary has a background in house renovation, construction, and design. She has worked with her family restoring houses and barns, building timber frame structures, and landscaping design in the mid coast area. She thoroughly enjoys the 'sweat equity' that goes into these projects and loves to see a job well done. Through this work Avary’s knowledge includes how a home layout can work for a variety of buyers and sellers, as well as what constitutes a house beyond the walls through the studs, framing, electrical and plumbing. Avary utilizes this knowledge while collaborating with buyers and sellers from all backgrounds.
When not involved in real estate, Avary enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking and swimming at her family's camp on Lake St. George, and working on renovation projects. During the fall you can find her hunting white tail deer, enjoying the outdoors, and snowshoeing into Winter.
