I can’t recommend Avery enough to be the real estate agent of choice for anyone! She was my voice for what I wanted and got me exactly what I wanted. She made sure I received all wishes and went above that. She is easy to talk to and will make sure to fight for you! I honestly do not have enough good or kind words to say about working with Avery King as my Agent when I put my house up for sale as well as during the sale of it! Avery is not your typical realtor that puts your house up and then is all about what she gets out of it. I honestly felt the entire time that I was honestly working with a member of my family and I never had to lift a finger as Avery was always on top of everything and always keeping me updated constantly at all times which is so very important to me when doing business. Most of all she does this with her heart and you never ever feel like you are being pushed into anything you do not want to do, as she always has open ears and listens to you and you run the show she is there to help you run it!!! 😊 If you want the very best experience you could ever have when buying or selling a home Avery is definitely your girl as she will be there by your side the whole way!!! Thank You Avery for everything you are awesome!!!!

Avery and I have been good friends for a while now. When I wanted to sell my house and buy a new one I knew she would be up for the challenge and also willing to deal with my picky self. Even though we are friends when we talked houses she was professional and knowledgeable about my questions and concerns. This girl doesn’t shy away from a challenge. If you need a realtor call her up!
