Avigail Gans

A Lexington resident for 20 years, Avigail Gans has been involved in many aspects of the Lexington community and public schools. She holds a BSc. degree in Psychology and Sociology from Tel Aviv University in Israel and MSc. degree in Management specializing in Organizational Behavior.

Avigail worked as a recruitment and a human resources manager in high tech companies in Israel.

After moving to the US she dedicated herself to raising her kids, volunteering in their schools and being involved in their after-school activities. She served as a principal of The Israeli School in Lexington and is an active volunteer in the Israeli-American-Jewish community in town and in the Greater Boston area.
