Enabled us to buy with confidence from another State

We have been living in California but wanted to buy a home in Florida in the building phase. I had visited the Kissimmee area and liked a particular development but Axel directed us the exact model that was best for us and then secured the last available offer of that specific model in this phase of development. He then sent photos throughout the build, helped us navigate securing the best lender, identified an excellent insurance rate, got the inspections done and had every problem identified and fixed.
