After earning her bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and a doctorate in Civil Engineering, Ayca embarked on a career with Shell Oil International, working on projects in various countries. Through this experience, she developed a strong technical background and a deep understanding of large-scale international industry operations.
In addition to her engineering career, Ayca expanded her expertise into other fields, including the marble import business and residential real estate. Her diverse background allows her to bring a unique perspective to every client she serves.
