Working with a clever agent as Ayleen Aybar is the greatest joy we have received as a family. We met at an opening house one day and right from there, we kept her as our agent. Her smiles, patience and enthusiasm was just amazing. We just bought a house in the Bronx. She’s very devoted, selfless, organized , hardworking and smart. She made the best deals and negotiations on our behalf. She has great communication and human relations skills. This market is one of the most difficult for buyers. Ayleen was most patient with us throughout the whole process. She helped us understand it, in it's entirety. She was also able to properly guage the current market, both in terms of pricing as well as concessions between parties. She listened closely to what our needs were, as well as our wants. Most importantly, her recommendations reflecting them. Her whole team was exceptional from first contact. She puts her clients first, including advising us against properties that may have earned her even higher fees because it would not have been right for us, even if we could have afforded it. That honesty is rare in any type of sales. I would recommend her to anyone, and indeed already have. Why go with agents who say they are smart when you can go with one who proves they are Clever?
