Ayman Najjar brings an extensive background in the service and retail industries to CEC brokerage. Prior to joining the firm, Ayman gained experience as an independent agent handling a number of land acquisitions, home investment ventures, and retail leasing. Ayman’s strong relationships in the Cypress community will prove to be an important asset to CEC.
Ayman graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 1999, he was born, raised, and he still lives in the Cypress area. In 2003, Ayman earned his bachelors degree in Communications from Centenary College of Louisiana. After college, Ayman decided to forego a career in professional sports administration, in order to help run his family’s Liquor Stores. As a young boy, Ayman spent his summers helping his father at the stores. As a result, in addition to learning what is important to negotiate from the retailer’s perspective, he learned the value of relationships with customers, friends and clients, which made him a natural fit in the CEC family.
When not working, Ayman enjoys spending time with his family and friends. An avid sports fan, Ayman plays soccer on a Men’s league club team. Ayman also enjoys Traveling, skiing, music, and all things cultural. Ayman prides himself on his ability to communicate in his native tongue of Arabic, although he has lived here all his life.
