Bailey Duplessie

An alumna of University of Richmond, graduating with a degree in Communications, Bailey Duplessie started her path to the real estate industry working for an agent in the greater Washington DC area. In this capacity, she took over marketing initiatives and shadowed all aspects of the day-to-day life of a Realtor®. Most importantly, she mastered the tenets of white glove service - a proficiency that’s apparent in everything she does today as a trusted real estate professional.

Bailey is now a full-time agent with Parks Realty, where she continues to impress clients and peers alike with her confidence, her drive, and her ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, no matter how busy she is.

Raised in Bethesda, Maryland, Bailey has always held a passion for fine homes - and given that her family worked in both residential and commercial real estate, she brought to the table a remarkable understanding of the business before making the decision to pursue a real estate career.
