An alumna of University of Richmond, graduating with a degree in Communications, Bailey Duplessie started her path to the real estate industry working for an agent in the greater Washington DC area. In this capacity, she took over marketing initiatives and shadowed all aspects of the day-to-day life of a Realtor®. Most importantly, she mastered the tenets of white glove service - a proficiency that’s apparent in everything she does today as a trusted real estate professional.
