Bailey McPherson

Bailey McPherson is an associate with Campbell Street Asset Management where he is involved with property management, construction management, leasing and securing project financing. Prior to joining Campbell Street he was involved in managing short term rental property in Bloomington, IL where he performed underwriting, financial analysis and asset management. He holds an undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan, with a major in Design, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
