As a mortgage lender I have worked with my fair share of real estate agents and I must say working with Baiyina was refreshing. Her knowledge and patience makes her a one of one. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a great real estate agent that will take the time to walk you through the pocess, and one that truly has your best interest in mind at all times.

Baiyina is a delight to work with. I switched agents to work with her. As a seller of what I felt was a nice home that was not moving in a hot market, I was getting anxious that it might not happen at all.
Baiyina was calm, loved the house, and was confident it could sell in a timely manner. She came in with a smart eye for what sold homes, brought in great stagers who knew how to attract exactly the right kind of buyer for my quirky but cute house and began to market it.
Overnight, showings rocketed up from scarcely any to several a day. We got a first offer in fairly early on from out of town buyers who later got cold feet and took us off the market during the best time to sell! I was freaked out but Baiyina was cool as a cucumber. She calmed me down with essentially this :"Its a great house in great shape, it will sell soon to the right buyer. Those just weren't the right buyers - they would've nickeled and dimed every moment of this transaction".
She was right. The next offer came in soon from a lovely woman who loved the house - it was the perfect fit for her and has since become a friend! She saw the great house that was and all the potential within, expanded the kitchen, added a bathroom and made it better than I could have imagined possible.
Baiyina's savvy and level head made what would have been ulcer inducing into a fun experience in which I gained two new friends,
Baiyina and the new owner. When does that happen in real estate? Almost never...

It was a pleasure to work with Baiyina to find my first house! I didn’t know a lot coming in as a first time home buyer. Baiyina was very experienced, offering a lot of insight on what to pay attention to and what to look for. She is a very knowledgeable realtor that could break things down clearly so I could understand! My process was over several months with emotional ups and downs and Baiyina was flexible, understanding, and encouraging throughout the time. In this difficult market, you have to have a realtor that you can trust, communicate well with, and be diligent. Baiyina was that realtor for me, I call Baiyina my home doula 🥹. Thank you Baiyina for helping me manifest my home buying dream! I also enjoyed the home buying concierge services that the company provided that helped moving in more smooth.

Baiyina KNOWS real estate and she has been super helpful during the time that we were looking for a home. We appreciate that she was super patient with us during our financial ups and downs and career shift for the course of almost 5 years. When the pandemic hit we didn’t expect that we would find a home that would be suitable for our family and something we could afford. But we did! I was impressed with Baiyina knowledge of the Mt. Airy and Germantown areas. She did show us a few homes (per our request) way out in the Coatesville area and again was very patient throughout the process.

With every home, Baiyina made sure to double check the foundation, electronic panel, the appliances and other items in the home that are super important. Even though she wanted to sell us a home…she wanted us to have the right home. When we finally found a home to put an offer in, she was diligent with helping us through the entire process. She was available and knowledgeable always. Everything when as smooth as possible and we are grateful to be the 3rd sister in my family that Baiyina has helped find and secure a home!!

Baiyina gets her hands dirty, literally...she pulled up weeds! Baiyina is conscientious and fights for her clients. I was connected to a realtor who seemingly had NO time for me. I felt I was missing out on an opportunity to collect seller information and/or see homes I really wanted. The market at the time (Spring 2022) being in favor of the seller and not the buyer I felt my realtor needed to be much attentive to my request to see homes. I was EXTREMELY frustrated because I was completely unfamiliar with knowledge of how the process to purchase property should work (for the buyer). After sharing my outrage with a friend I was referred to Ms. Brown. I was told “You need someone who is going to be ON IT and matches your need to understand the process, but won’t allow you to get any ole thing.” Within one call to Ms. Brown I immediately started to feel I finally had some help! I cannot express all the things about Ms. Brown’s worth ethic that made me appreciate her assistance, but I can sum it up by saying; She has an EYE for what a buyer should focus on during the process. Without overstepping her boundaries she had her own way of reminding me of what realistically could be done in the process. She did not shy away from assisting in areas she could and/or referring me to the proper party who would be able to address my concerns. Thanks to her patience, willingness and professionalism I’ve gone from tenant to homeowner. Her work ethic gave me a mindful perspective of how much of a key role the realtor has for the buyer who needs to LIVE in what they purchase. No one is perfect, but there is a such thing as perfecting your skills and Ms. Brown comes highly recommended as one who KNOWS her craft! I will tell you if she doesn’t know something already related to purchasing a home she has shown me she is open to learning whatever NEW information or policies can affect the process. Her goal is to hands down want her client to be HAPPY and confidently informed about their purchase. No scams, no lies & no missed appointments with her. If you need someone who will treat you like YOU know what YOU want to live in call Ms. Brown!

Baiyina is a wonderful agent: knowledgeable, responsive, savvy. She was our agent in selling our old home and buying our new one. She provided much-need information about the process and helped connect us along the way with key resources (i.e. fantastic stager, last-minute painter, inexpensive HVAC company, etc.). She kept all the details straight and was always easy to reach. Plus, she's funny and warm and these are valuable qualities for home-buyers and sellers as they navigate a truly stressful process. We first reached out to Baiyina on recommendation from a friend many months before we were truly ready to buy a house. She was friendly, helpful, deeply knowledgeable about the neighborhood of Mt. Airy where we were looking, and didn't seem to mind meeting up and showing us places we weren't likely to buy at first. When we were actually looking more seriously, we would see things pop up, send them to her, and within minutes she would have us set up with a convenient time to come from out of town to see the places. Often times she was already familiar with the properties or knew the real estate agents on the other end, which was helpful when we tried to pitch ourselves to sellers. We were first time buyers and she patiently answered all our questions throughout the process without making us feel stupid about what we didn't know. Highly recommend working with Baiyina!

Moving is always stressful, buying and selling during a pandemic when the market is going insane... even more stressful!
