About Barb

Barb obtained her Real Estate License and joined Smith and Associates after working as a real estate assistant. Prior to real estate Barb was employed in higher education at several colleges and completed her career as the department chair at a Community College in Ohio where she taught and managed the academic program until she relocated to St. Petersburg when her husband retired.

Barb has been a resident of the St Petersburg area since 1998 and understands that clients need an agent who knows the area and who can guide them through the steps of selling and buying property. She has very good organizational skills and knows how important it is to communicate clearly and often so that all parties involved are fully informed during the process. In addition, Barb works directly with a vast diversity of colleagues in order to provide a strong network for all of our clients.

Barb enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and prides herself on being attentive to their needs. She loves what she does and loves living in Florida so Real Estate is the perfect job for her.
