Barb Kozlow

Barb Kozlow brings over 20 years of leadership, brokerage management, strategic planning, agent development, mergers, and affiliations, to Keyes, one of the most prestigious Real Estate Company’s in the country. Through March 2024 as General Manager she worked directly with CEO Mike Pappas, President Christina Pappas, and the best management team in the industry, assisting in the growth and development of the Largest Independent Brokerages in Florida and a Top 25 brokerage in the nation.
Barb currently runs a small team of professional realtors providing guidance and service to sellers and buyers in this ever-changing real estate market.

Barb is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), has served as President on the Board of the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches (RWORLD) a Director of the Board of the Florida Association of Realtors and a Director of the Board of the National Association of Realtors. Kozlow received the President’s Award twice as well as the Mega Broker award. Barb received the Lifetime Achievement Award upon retirement.
