My husband and I are very grateful to have Barbara as our realtor. We are so grateful for all the amount of work she put in to find our perfect home. She went extra miles. One of the things that makes her different from other realtors she understand the tasks and doesn’t pushed us to buy a home but ensure the home meet our family needs. She disclosed reasons to put an offer and not to put an offer. She’s very knowledgeable not just as a realtor but also when it comes to a home. I have work with 3 realtors before and she is the best ever. It’s crazy how much she knows about homes; my jaws dropped when she goes over details of each home that we thought about to make an offer; she even tells if it’s worth to go over the asking price and not. It’s proven to me that she does this not for the money; because she loves it and also want the best for her customers most importantly and that says a lot about her. Barbara, we are grateful that we have found you, thank you for everything you have done for us. I will definitely use Barbara in the future and send some people her way. We live in different state and she ensure that we see every single home corner of the home through video calls and videos; it’s like being physically present. We are so happy with her service and for going above and beyond to find our perfect home and at the asking price, which we were willing to put 15k above the asking price.

Barbara was such a pleasure to work with in finding our home. She knew what we were looking for and showed homes that were on our wishlist.
