Barbara is an amazing realtor! We were living in Minnesota and bought a house in Tennessee. She was very organized and thorough in the way she took us around to find a new home. She continued to check with the builder and even did a walk through for us! She frequently updated us and answered all our questions. She treated us like we were her family. We had the absolute best experience with Barbara as our realtor! She was diligent and patient in helping us find our dream house, especially in this crazy Nashville housing market. Being a residential builder I come across a lot Realtors ( to which is why I used her to help purchase my own property in October), and without a shadow of doubt Barbara is what I call a Unicorn!! Very rare to find and when you do you will never forget your positive experience. She will have your back in all situations and treats your home buying experience as if it was her own! In this Nashville market she knows it better then most and it shows with her devoted and relentless desire to make sure her client is excited to win offers, close, and call their house a HOME. When we decided to relocate from New York State to the Nashville area it was such a massive undertaking we did not know where to begin. Fortunately Barbara Bell was recommended to us. She helped us find a beautiful piece of property and when it was time to build, Barbara was with us every step of the way. Building a home from 700 miles away was challenging and often stressful (especially during Covid) but Barbara made it pleasant and smooth. She was more than willing to drive out to check on our home and Facetime with us. She worked with the builder, the vendors, and the contractors to alleviate any problems that came up. She was always willing to take a phone call or text and kept us up to date about every aspect of the built. We are now in our dream home. She is professional, attentive, friendly and is always looking out for her clients best interests. We recommend her highly.

Barbara is an amazing agent! I’d probably still be on the hunt for a home if it weren’t for her attentiveness to my wants and attention to detail. I started my house shopping while still living out-of-state and Barbara made herself available to accommodate my crazy schedule and the distance between us. If I wasn’t able to make it to town, she’d FaceTime me and we would do a virtual showing. She’s very knowledgeable and made my first home-buying experience easier than I could have imagined.

Barbara is an amazing realtor. She is incredibly hard-working, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable about the market, was tirelessly patient with our endless questions and an absolute pleasure to work with both personally and professionally. Barbara went far above and beyond our expectations in terms of the level of service she provided, and logged a lot of miles tracking down houses for us to view. She obviously cared very much about guiding our home purchase to a great outcome and making certain that we were happy with our purchase. Barbara also connected us with an outstanding lender when our original lender struggled to meet closing deadlines, which ensured we were able to close on the property with no issues.

Barbara helped our daughter's family purchase their home as well, and they can't say enough good things about her. We are very fortunate to have had Barbara as our realtor. Our only regret is that now, having found our forever home, we can't use her again! But we absolutely recommend using Barbara as your realtor; she is just a joy.

We recently relocated from New England to Middle Tennessee. I had my realtor in MA reach out and put us in touch with Barbara. She immediately called me back. Even though we only had one weekend that we were coming down to find a home. She found us some amazing properties with exactly what we wanted to go and see.

Barbara kept in close contact with my throughout the full process, even though I was back in New England for everything minus closing day!

I not only highly recommend Barbara Bell, I would use her again if we ever wanted a new house. However, that wont be anytime soon as she found US the Perfect Property!

I can’t say enough positive things about Barbara. She was incredible to us when we bought and sold homes in the fall of 2019. She has a plethora of knowledge about neighborhoods in the area, expectations of the both the buying and selling process, and a solid understanding of both everyday and rare real estate transactions. We moved to TN in March and had been looking on our own at communities and properties to decide where we wanted to build or possibly buy an existing home. We happen to meet Barbara at a new home build in June. We had a wonderful conversation and she gave us her card. We later met with her to provide our absolute requirements, our wish list and what we were flexible on. Barbara provided us with open houses that meet our requirements and a lot of our wish lists. The open house listing she provided showed that she really listened. She volunteered to go with us but we said we would let her know if we needed to see a home outside of an open house. Since we are new to the area, Barbara went beyond by provided us with many things to see and do in Middle Tennessee. When we found the home, Barbara did an outstanding job of guiding us through the home buying process, dealing with the seller’s realtor during a few difficult issues and ended up with a smooth closing. We feel so blessed that we met Barbara by chance, she became our realtor and did an outstanding job of helping us purchase our home in August. We highly recommend Barbara to anyone buying or selling a home/land or any real estate needs.
