Barbara came to real estate after many years working for a major construction hardware manufacturer, where she developed products that make homes stronger and safer. Barbara chose to become a Realtor® for the simple reason that she loves helping people and doing so to a higher level than most. In 2017, Barbara was asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Alliance of Livermore and served as President for 2020. Her social media digital marketing strategies for listings have earned her high praises from the real estate, title and escrow, and lending community. Her drone listing videos are professional and focused on the home, neighborhood, and surrounding community – all providing potential buyers insight into the true lifestyle of living in their home. She hosts a YouTube channel for her “2 Minute Real Estate” video series designed to provide valuable information for both buyers and sellers. Barbara’s organizational skills, stellar marketing and attention to detail ensure a smooth transaction for every one of her clients. When Barbara isn’t working with her clients, she enjoys fundraising for Livermore schools, golfing with her husband, Dale Rusnak and walking her dog, Sprite.
