We have had the pleasure of working with Barbara as both a buyer and a seller. She helped us to purchase our first home over 7 years ago and helped answer many of the questions we had a new buyers on the market. When it was time to move into a new home we knew we had to reach out to Barbara again to assist with buying a new home and selling our current home. She is very professional in all of her interactions with those involved with the real estate process. I fell that she understood many of our concerns as home buyers and applied her knowledge of this to negotiate well on our behalf. This eliminated much of the "back and forth". When issues came up with having to close on two homes in the same day she solved the problem, and then updated us after the fact eliminating much of the stress from the home buying process. Aside from her own skills as as real estate agent, she also carefully selects those she will recommend to her clients as part of the real estate process. Her contact list (financial, construction, electrical) provided helpful insights along the way and all held themselves to the same level of professionalism that Barbara has for herself. She is available for questions both day and night and attempts to make the home buying process as stress free as possible. We will not work with another relator.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Bolls during a recent work relocation. Barbara’s experience with the Greater Pittsburgh market proved invaluable and she stayed 3 steps ahead during the transaction period where we handled all contingencies related to our home purchase. Barbara Bolls is an excellent negotiator who is both savvy and fearless. I especially appreciated her professionalism combined with an honest candor; I always felt she approached the work with my best interests in mind and it was clear to me she wasn’t just after her next closing. She took the time that was needed to help us acclimate to our new surroundings and in the end helped us find and acquire the perfect home. I’d recommend Barbara to family, friends and even strangers on the street. She’s simply the best I’ve worked with and to a large degree, she’s restored my faith and understanding in the role realtors are supposed to take in the home buying process. Barbara is a fantastic agent who deserves more than five stars. She was very prompt in responding to our emails, texts and phone calls, and intelligently answered all our questions. Her excellent knowledge of the local housing market allowed us to quickly find the type of house we wanted, and with her expert help we negotiated a fair price and had a hassle free closing. In addition, she knew how to price and advertise the home we were leaving which resulted in its being sold the first day it was on the market. We highly recommend Barbara and would use her again the next time we buy or sell a house.

Barbara was never aggressive or pushy. Her explanations of the market and what needed to be done to prepare our property to sell were very clear. It helps the she is warm and understanding at a time that was very stressful for me. We called on her often with questions and her responses were always prompt and reassuring. Barbara is the best. We worked with Barbara to buy and sell our home. Each transaction was seamless and she always had our best interest in mind. When we sold our home she positioned it just right and we were able to sell ABOVE asking price. We even had one offer before we had our Open House. In the end, we not only had the one offer but we had three!

She went above and beyond what we needed and provided sage advice. Working with Barbara to buy/sell our home was the BEST decision we made and we felt so lucky to work with her. Barb has facilitated now three real estate transaction for us, one better than the next! She listed my grandmother's estate which, despite being located in a challenging area and requiring aesthetic updates, she sold for nearly full ask in less than 24 hours. She also sold my childhood home for close to our full asking price and found a new home for my parents, accommodating their long list of challenging requests (including wheelchair accessibility) and aggressively negotiating purchase price on their behalf. I would not even think of hiring another agent; she is superb!
