I worked with Barbara for several years in her previous incarnation as an architect, so when it was time to select a real estate agent for my first home buying experience the choice was easy and obvious. Attentive, meticulous, and patient, Barbara was the right partner to guide me through a process I knew almost nothing about in a competitive Seattle real estate landscape without letting my inexperience become a hindrance or source of doubt. She is a great listener and objectively correlated each listing’s pluses and minuses with my needs and priorities, providing and unbiased analysis for every available option we entertained. From assisting with finding a great broker, answering my endless questions, providing keen advice when needed and making sense and keeping track of the complex closing process, Barbara was there every step of the way – all of it, may I add, accompanied by a smile and a great sense of humor. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I was a first time home seller and very inexperience with the process of the sale. From the day we met til the day we sold, we have had nothing but professional guidance to make important decisions. The house prep guidance was so important to me. Receiving honest appraisal of what needs to be done to reach the final line, came from someone with lots of experience building beautiful environments.
