What can I say about Barbara? We had our property listed for years with a different agency and had absolutely 0 results. We decided to change agency and agent. We chose Barbara B at Coldwell. Within 30 days Barbara had the property sold. Barbara is a friendly, outgoing, but truly professional, agent. I would recommend Barbara anyone looking to sell their home or lot.

Called on 4 other agencies only to have all low ball the value of my home. Barbara came in at above n beyond my expectations which materialize within 24 hours of the first showing with $10,000.00
above asking price. A seamless experience and always professional with immediate response to any questions or concerns i might have. 5 stars are inadequate for an agent as qualified as Barbara...she deserves 10 stars.
