Barbara Butner

Barbara Butner is an Oklahoma native, raised on a ranch outside of her hometown of Wewoka in the small rural community of Butner. She presently resides in Arcadia with her husband Steve Emde. They are blessed to have 4 adult children and so grateful for their 5 grandchildren PLUS, the newest grand is due this spring!
Barbara has a heart for helping individuals, children, and families, having served for more than 22 years in the non-profit sector. She started her real estate career in August 2018 and in 2019 was named The Rising Star of Coldwell Banker Select, Edmond. Over the past several years she has become a top Coldwell Banker Select agent and has closed numerous residential and land sales ranging from $40K-$925K . She has been named numerous times as a multi-million-dollar producer.
She is well known for her tenacious work ethic and possesses both the professional intelligence and steadfast negotiating skills to get her clients to the finish line. Barbara is in constant communication with her clients every step of the way to help navigate them through the process. From first time buyers- to- seasoned investors, she will always go “the extra mile” and “above and beyond” the Realtor call to duty. She is a homeowner and a landowner, making her personal experiences more empathetic to her clients and their needs.
In this ever-changing industry, Barbara received her professional GRI (Graduate, Realtor, Institute) award designation by completing the prescribed courses in Real Estate Practice and Ethics. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and continues to meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors.
